ORDERING ARISTA

We encourage you to contact your local Arista dealer to see if they carry the Arista item you are looking for. To find a retailer selling Arista  in your area, click here!

If you are not in an area serviced by one of our dealers, we will be happy to send you the product you are looking for.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

For shipments within Canada, Arista sends most parcels via Canada Post, expedited service. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

For international shipments, an Arista representative will determine the most cost effective and expedient way to send your parcel. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery. The cost for international shipments varies by country. Please click here to contact Arista directly.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your Arista order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation receipt. If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact Arista and we will help you track your shipment.

 

CHARGES AND SALES TAX

All orders must be prepaid at the time the order is placed. Available methods of payment are Visa and Mastercard. COD orders are not accepted.

For shipments within Canada, sales tax will be added to your order at the rate payable in the province the goods are shipped to. Below is a table of the applicable tax rates by province.

AB, SK, MN, PEI, NWT, NU, YT : 5% GST
BC: 5% GST, 7% PST

ON, NFLD, NB: 13% HST
NS: 15% HST

For International shipments: The country you are asking Arista to ship to may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters the country. You are responsible for paying these additional charges.

Please note, that if you are purchasing from outside of Canada, you may be charged  local duties  / brokerage fees. We do not include or reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Arista purchase, you may return it, or exchange it for a satisfactory item. To return an item, please contact Frann at the Arista Office (1-844-744-4782, frann@aristaequestrian.com) for a return authorization.  Items being returned must be unworn and accompanied by the original invoice plus a RA form.

If you purchased your Arista garment at a retail or on line store, please contact them directly concerning their exchange and return policy.
