Arista Shipping and Return Policies

All prices on ARISTAEQUESTRIAN.COM are United States Dollar amounts.


For orders to US addresses, the order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on the best service available.

For orders to Canadian addresses, the order will be sent via United States Postal Service, First Class Mail. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.  Canadian orders are shipped from our United States warehouse and are therefore not subject to Canadian sales tax.  However, your order may be stopped as it enters Canada and you may be required to pay the appropriate sales tax/duties at that time. 

As we send may orders to Australia and Japan, appropriate shipping rates will self populate during the checkout process. 

For all other international shipments, an Arista representative will determine the most cost effective and expedient way to send your parcel. Please allow 8-14 days for delivery. The cost for international shipments varies by country. Please click here to contact Arista directly.



Once your Arista order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation receipt. If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact Arista and we will help you track your shipment.



All orders must be prepaid at the time the order is placed. Available methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, Amazon Pay.

For International shipments: The country you are asking Arista to ship to may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters the country. You are responsible for paying these additional charges.

Items must be returned within 30 days.

Items being returned must be unworn and in original condition.

If you purchased your Arista garment at a retail or online store, please contact them directly concerning their exchange and return policy.
