• US Orders: Orders shipped to US addresses will be sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best service available.
• Canadian Orders: Orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class Mail. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. As these orders are shipped from our US warehouse, they are not subject to Canadian sales tax. However, your order may be subject to Canadian sales tax or duties upon entry into Canada.
• Australian and Japanese Orders: Shipping rates for orders to Australia and Japan will automatically populate during the checkout process.
• Other International Orders: For all other international shipments, an Arista representative will determine the most cost-effective and expedient shipping method. Please allow 8-14 days for delivery. The cost for international shipments varies by country. For more information, please contact Arista directly.

Once your Arista order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation receipt with tracking information.

All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

For international orders, the destination country may impose additional taxes or duties upon entry. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

Items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
